Availability of Name
The website’s name availability applications are solely there to make things easier for the user. It does not ensure that the user would be the only one allocated to the particular name that they entered and that the website is made available to them. Only approval from IP India and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs should be granted for that particular accessible name.
User Manual

Disregard online guidelines
- Use the service to violate the privacy of others or to exhibit harmful, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or torturous content.
- Disrupt or interfere with the service, servers, or networks that are linked to it by uploading links to rival services or advertisements, sending unsolicited bulk emails, “spam,” “junk mail,” or chain letters.
- Undermine the safety of the service that Taxcult offers. Kindly refrain from attempting to access portions of the system that are exclusive to Taxcult or other users.
- At different sections on the Site, Taxcult may permit visitors to post reviews, comments, and other content (the “user content”). Such user content is not published or written by Taxcult. It just archives and shares the thoughts and viewpoints that users of Taxcult may elect to publish as user content. Taxcult has no liability for the information on this page. As soon as Taxcult receives notification of any offensive content, it will be removed without delay. The final say on whether or not such content is offensive will rest with Taxcult.
Restrictions on Utilization

Compensation
The user acknowledges that Taxcult disclaims all liability for any injury resulting from his or her use of this service. By using the service, the user consents to indemnify, defend, and hold Taxcult harmless against any liability and costs associated with any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, and expenditures originating from or related to the service’s contents or use. The user acknowledges and agrees that this defense and indemnification will also cover any breach of the agreement or the aforementioned covenants, warranties, and representations by the user. The user additionally consents to the inclusion of all charges and legal fees in this defense and indemnity. Additionally, the user consents that Taxcult, its founders, executives, and employees will be covered by this defense and indemnification. Taxcult retains the right, at its own cost, to take sole defense and control of any matter; in any other case, the user would be responsible for any damages, and the user may not, under any circumstances, settle any dispute without Taxcult’s written approval.
Data and Other Communications
Taxcult disclaims any liability for data lost due to deletions made intentionally or unintentionally, system or network failures, failed backups, corrupted files, or other causes. We disclaim all responsibility for anything that users publish on our website or send us via email.
Permission for Taxcult to Use Your Contents
By uploading content to or submitting any materials for use on Taxcult, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Taxcult a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. It is the responsibility of sponsors and advertisers to make sure that any content they submit for Taxcult is factual and compliant with relevant legal requirements. Taxcult disclaims all liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the content provided by sponsors or advertisers, nor for their illegality.
Signing up
It can be necessary for you to register for some parts of Taxcult. You consent to give Taxcult accurate and full registration information if it is needed. Any changes to that information must be reported to Taxcult by you. Unless the registration page specifies otherwise, each registration is for a single individual only. Taxcult prohibits a) any third party from accessing the registered parts under your name; and b) from granting numerous users on a network access under a single name. Mistakes and Revisions
Taxcult makes no guarantees or representations on the accuracy of the service, its lack of viruses or other harmful elements, or the timely correction of any flaws.Taxcult reserves the right to modify or enhance any of its features, functionalities, or offerings at any point.
Content from Third Parties
Links from Taxcult may lead to third-party content, which may be available on Taxcult. Any errors, misstatements of law, libel, slander, falsehoods, obscenity, or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations, or other information contained in any third-party content appearing on Taxcult are not the responsibility of Taxcult, and it disclaims all liability for them. Illegal Behavior
Taxcult maintains the right to look into complaints or alleged violations of the Agreement, as well as to take any appropriate action, which may include but is not limited to, reporting any suspected illegal activity to regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties and providing any information about user profiles, email addresses, usage histories, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic data to such persons or entities.
Compensation for Infractions
For breaches of the Agreement, Taxcult retains the right to pursue all remedies at law and in equity, including but not limited to the right to prevent access to Taxcult and its features from a specific IP address.
Provisions Severability
The whole agreement about the use of Taxcult’s service is contained in the Agreement and the Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions shall be regarded severable from the remaining provisions and shall not impact the legality and enforceability of those remaining provisions if any provision is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable.
Changes to the Terms of Service
The Agreement may be modified at any moment by Taxcult. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions before use. Acceptance of the revised terms and conditions will be indicated by using the service after the modification.
Changes to the Service
Taxcult holds the right to alter or terminate the service at any time, either permanently or temporarily, with or without prior notification to the user. The user acknowledges that Taxcult will not be responsible for any changes made to or cancellations of the service, either by the user or any third party. The user understands and accepts that Taxcult may instantly remove data and files from the user’s account and prevent any subsequent access to such files or the Service. The user also acknowledges and accepts that Taxcult may terminate service under any provision of this agreement with no prior notice.
Revocation of Warranties and Liability Limitation
For Taxcult and all online system operators, the possibility of being held liable for the wrongdoings of our users is a serious risk. Even when the first user was truly at fault, the harmed person may accuse us of being the ones who libel the other user. We may be held liable even though the user left the virus on our system if they submit a program that contains a computer virus and the other users’ machines are compromised. Even though we did nothing more than inadvertently spread the word from one user to another, we could still be held accountable if a user sends unlawful or improper content to another user.
Even though Taxcult strives to offer users dependable and high-quality systems, errors or system failures may occasionally occur. These kinds of issues are unavoidable when running a system at this scale. If we had to bear responsibility or financial obligation for any usability issues, system malfunctions or faults, or errors or damages of any type, we would not be able to provide this system to users. Taxcult must disclaim all warranties for this service and declare that our liability for any issues arising from the usage of our system or any communication conducted through Taxcult is strictly restricted to the amount paid by the user for Taxcult to be able to provide and improve our service in the future.
Exclusion of Warranties
The user expressly accepts that usage of the service is at the user’s risk. The service is given “as is” and “as available” without warranty. All guarantees, express or implicit, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed by Taxcult. Taxcult disclaims all warranties, including those regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service, its ability to meet user requirements, its timeliness, security, and error-free operation; furthermore, Taxcult makes no guarantees regarding the results that may be obtained from using the service or the correction of software defects.
Taxcult does not provide any written or verbal advice or information that would provide a guarantee other than what is specifically stated above.
Restrictions on Liability
In using the service, the user acknowledges and agrees that taxcult will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from using or not being able to use the service, or from the expense of having to buy replacement goods and services, or from any goods or services bought or obtained, messages received, or transactions made through or from the service, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if Taxcult has been informed of the potential for such damages. Additionally, the user acknowledges that Taxcult will not be responsible for any losses resulting from a service interruption, suspension, or termination, including include without limitation special, consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or exemplary damages; furthermore, it does not matter if the interruption, suspension, or termination was warranted, careless, deliberate, or unintentional.
Possession
Taxcult is the owner and operator of this website. Taxcult is the owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the content on this website, including but not limited to text, files, images, sounds, graphics, and logos (collectively, the “Materials”). None of the materials may be downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise distributed unless Taxcult specifically provides otherwise. Moreover, nothing on this website may be interpreted as granting any license under any of Taxcult’s intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or other means. Whole Agreement

It will also replace and override any previous or contemporaneous written or oral understandings or agreements. Please do not use this site at any time if you disagree with these terms and conditions or if you think them to be objectionable. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notification from us. You must go over these terms and conditions from time to time.
Payment of damages
By using this site and its contents, you consent to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taxcult, our officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs.
