Return Policy
We are grateful that you used our services or bought a product from us on our website. Regarding any product or service we provide you, please carefully read the return policy as it contains crucial information and instructions regarding your rights and obligations as our client.
We try our best to deliver the services by the requirements and schedules specified for each service or product you buy from Taxcult; however, if we are unable to deliver the service or product you ordered from us, you will be eligible for a refund, subject to the following circumstances:
- Refunds will only be taken into consideration if Taxcult or its authorized agents offer a service or product that is clearly and visibly lacking.
- Refund requests made by customers who have already paid for a service but later decide they no longer want it will not be taken into consideration.
- Customers will not be eligible for a refund if they withdraw their application for reasons outside of their control (such as denial by the trademark office, registrar, or any other).
- Refunds will not be handled if an application is waiting for an extended amount of time with the relevant government department.
- In situations where a refund request is made 30 days following the purchase of a service or product, or after service or product delivery has been completed and the request is communicated via email or other means indicating that the work has been finished, the refund request will not be taken into consideration.
- The order will be deemed void and not be eligible for a refund if the client has not responded for more than two months.
If Taxcult approves the refund request, it will be handled and you will be notified by email. It may require a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to execute this refund, after which it will be deposited to your bank account. We’ll take good care of the refund procedure and make sure you get your money back as soon as possible.
